What is an attitude? What are the bases of attitude? What are positive, negative and neutral attitudes? Attitude, behavior and performance. Negative effects of a negative attitude. Positive effects of a positive attitude. How to develop a positive attitude. Some sayings that can help us with our attitude. Qualities of a good safety attitude. How to change your negative perspective about things. How to improve decision-making and overcome challenges. How to improve both interpersonal relationships and teamwork. The law of discrimination, harassment, intimidation and bullying. How negative comments get back to a person or your company. Class Length: 2 hours Who needs to attend: Suggested for all employees How Often: Annual or as needed
